Electrician familiar with the workshop electrical lines and electrical equipment types and performance,if electrical equipment performance is not fully understand,prohibit risky operation.

Electrician should check the cable,motor,electric console and other equipment regularly every day,and timely deal with the problems in the inspection.

When checking the temperature of the motor,check that there is no power before testing with the back of the hand.

Part of the power failure operation,when close to the electric body from maintenancepersonnel 0.9 meters below,must use dry wood rubber or insulation materials as a reliable temporary block.

When using power tools,there is anti-shock protection.

In addition to the temporary construction of electricity or temporary measures,do not allow the temporary wire,do not allow the disorderly hanging of lights,instruments and tools and welding machines and other applications of the switch and socket,the original electrical lines shall not be changed without authorization.

When any conductive part of the equipment is found to be grounded,before the power is cut off,except for the rescue of the electrocuted,it is not allowed to be close to,away from 4 meters outside,away from the room 1.8 meters,to avoid the step voltage damage.

Regularly repair and maintain electrical equipment according to regulations,and remove unused electrical equipment lines in time.

When using a ladder,the Angle between the ladder and the scene is appropriate to 60 degrees,when using a ladder in the cement scene,there should be anti-skid measures,and someone to hold the ladder.

When repairing the equipment, pull down the switch and knife, put up the warning board of "No entry. Someone's working" at the switch and knife position, put up the warning board of "stop, high pressure danger" on the fence of live equipment and the aisle of no access, and put up the warning board of "work here" at the work place.
